According to a study by Freelancer’s Union Survey and Paypal, 72% of freelancers report that they don’t use a contact and 52% of freelancers report not getting paid by a client. Those stats don't bode well for freelancers getting paid.
Because of that staggering stat, we decided to do something about it.
We created a fair freelance agreement (free to use) written in plain English by actual lawyers. You can create, edit, sign and send the agreement from your mobile device (and your client can sign the contract on mobile, too). Using our freelance agreement when you work helps to make sure you get paid. We are currently looking for freelancers to give it a try (it’s free!) and give us your feedback. We’ve got one agreement for hourly freelance and one for fixed rate freelance available. And, remember, this is at no charge. The first five contracts you fully execute are free, and only $2/contract after that.
